Video: Identifying counterfeit computer chips

Counterfeit computer chips are often difficult to identify and can not only find their way into the supply chains of everyday products but threaten national security.

Researchers at the UConn Center for Hardware Assurance, Security, and Engineering (CHASE) are developing innovative methods for determining whether a computer chip is counterfeit.
