Former hurricane Carlos is now just a memory as the former tropical cyclone dissipated over western Mexico early on June 18.

NOAA's GOES-West satellite captured an image of some of Carlos' remnant clouds at 13:45 UTC (9:45 a.m. EDT).

The National Hurricane Center noted that there were no other areas in the Eastern Pacific Ocean suspect for development over the next couple of days.
