Briefs: Study sees more wireless, broadband growth

A research company is predicting continued growth in world broadband and wireless markets as technology keeps progressing.

Ireland's Research and Markets says in a report issued this week that while the wireless and mobile industry has reached a mature level, there are few signs of fatigue slowing down the boom.

Broadband as well will continue to grow in both mature and expanding markets as wireless offerings gain ground on fixed-line DSL and cable providers.
