Sounds great, but don't hold it against me if I reserve judgment on this one because it also sounds too good to be true. These folks were talking about stuff like this in 2017 that does not appear to have gone anywhere. Time will tell.

Aluminum was almost impossible to refine cheaply in the early days. Aluminum priced out higher than silver due to the complexity of the process.
Titanium is another, difficult to refine made it rare and expensive. Now it is showing more and getting less expensive.

Rare earths are not rare at all, just hard to get. Another leap in technology is happening right now as we read this.
