LG Introduces the World's Slimmest 3G Music Phone

LG Electronics has announced the launch of the world's slimmest 3G clamshell phone with powerful MP3 feature. Scheduled to be launched on middle of November, the new model LG-U880 is only 18.2mm thick and designed to appeal to the fashion-conscious with its stylish design and a powerful MP3 player function.

The LG-U880 is equipped with all the features to satisfy the sophisticated tastes of today's trendsetter. The new model is the thinnest clamshell type among 3G phones available in the market. In addition, the large user memory can store more than 20 MP3 songs for music lovers. The phone also has buttons on the outside of the clamshell for easy control of the MP3 player function. The list of multimedia features sported by the phone includes video telephony and 1.3 mega-pixel camera.

LG-U880 will be available in a variety of color choices including glossy black, matt black, silver, and pink. The model also supports Transflash external memory and Bluetooth.

LG-U880 will be available through Hutchison's services in markets including UK, Italy, Austria, Australia, Hong Kong, Sweden and Denmark.
