duh. usualy humans are better a building things that benefit us, rather than nature building them.

This is the first time researchers have been able to synthesize long-chain alcohol.


1. Organic chemists synthesized such alcohols ages ago
2. In the above case its not researchers but bacteria who synthesize it.
