Court says no deadline for EPA on global warming

(AP) -- A federal appeals court refused Thursday to make a resistant Bush administration speed up a decision on whether greenhouse gases and global warming threaten public health and welfare.

The longer we wait to waste money on the global warming scam the more obvious it will be that CO2 has nothing to do with climate change. That why the GW crowd is pushing for thing to be done in a hurry. Climate change campaigners are frightened that, if the lid is lifted off the Pandora%u2019s Box of modern day climate science, the vast uncertainties and contradictions in the field will become apparent and public support for multi-billion dollar climate change schemes will quickly die. The warmers are getting more and more like those traditional predictors of the end of the world who, when the event fails to happen on the due date, announce an error in their calculations and a new date.

Funny,,this is the same Sierra club who had a spokesperson on the discovery channel about 4 yrs ago, complaining that the Bush admin's push for a hydrogen economy was premature. The Internal combustion engine was ok and could be improved upon. i almost fell out of my seat when i heard that one. i was actually expecting them to think it was a good idea.
