By using Phys.org's "Lite" version app (free and ads-free), browsing the previous day's top 10 news or retrieving content to read offline is just a button away. Make sure that you have the phone set up to allow installations from non-Market apps.

The "Full" version app (paid) highlights over 50 articles a day, both new and breaking, in all categories; Physics, earth science, medicine, nanotechnology, electronics, space, biology, chemistry, computer sciences, engineering, mathematics and several other science and technology sub categories are posted throughout working business days. The content is conveniently sorted into separate channels, listed on the home page of the app. Separate channels for Spotlight stories, Features and Weblogs are also available.

Both 'Lite' and 'Full' apps feature Widgets for your Android home screen. Add a Widget to your Android desktop to stay in touch with a constantly moving and changing sci-tech world without the use of Phys.org's app.

What's the difference between free "Lite" and paid "Full" apps?
